Similac Sensitive users...

Do you ever find that the formula is more a light brown color, especially with the 8oz RTF bottles for on-the-go?? The exp date is 8/2010 and it hasn't been in the sun at all...would you use it? I usually get the RTF 32oz quart and it's an off-white color.

Re: Similac Sensitive users...

  • I'm not sure... I only use the powder. BUT... it has ALWAYS been light yellow, never brown.

  • We have always used teh concentrate but it has never been a brown color.  It is always an off white/ivory color.
  • We use the powder and it's always an off white color.
  • We use the RTF bottles for traveling ALL THE TIME and they are ALWAYS a brown color. I would use them.

  • I use the on the go's all the time and I always do a double take because they DO seem darker in coler then the 32oz bottles. I'd use it Big Smile
  • The 8oz RTFs are definitely way darker than the 32oz.  It seems to me that each bottle is prepared individually (judging by the settling on the bottom) instead of a large amount being prepared, then put into the smaller bottles.  FWIW, my DS cannot tolerate whatever the difference is between the two.  I have like 20 of them that I cannot use because he will spit up the entire feeding. Sad

I hope it works for your DD!
