Got to see my little girl yesterday

Yesterday, we had our third u/s to try to get a look at the baby's spine after she was uncooperative the other two times.

She showed it off this time and the doc said she looks perfect. She is measuring about a week ahead and weighs 3lbs 13oz, which puts her in the 62 percentile. The Dr. showed us a graph that predicted her approximate size at 40 weeks and it looks like she'll be in the 8-9lb range. Obviously, that can be off by a lot but he didn't think she would be a 10 pounder.

They were also able to confirm her girlness and that she is very low with the top of her head boring into my cervix (I knew that).

So does a baby that is already that low, drop?
