Well, I buy Liliana Trader Joe's organic peanut butter crackers, and it is peanut butter between two mini crackers very similar to Ritz. I don't know if that is really helpful. They also have a cheese version.

Not a cracker, but I've been buying those Flat Earth chips, so when I eat my tortilla chips if she wants some- I can give her those. Easier to chew and it's got something like a full serving or is it half of veggies in every ounce of chips.

DS loves both of these. We also get him Multigrain crackers from TJ's and spread cream cheese on them- he loves those too.
