My name is Brandy and I am mom to Frankie 11, and McKenna 8.

McKenna has Tuberous Sclerosis. This a genetic disorder, ours was a spontaneous mutation though as 1 in 6 new DX are. She has had 8 brain surgeries starting at 2.5 yo. The DX causes calcifications of tissue to grow on every major organ.McKenna is also autistic and attends an all SN school. BUT we are doing well. just wanting to connect with other parents who are going through similar struggles.
