  I love Elizabeth and I like a longer middle name since Megan and your last name are shorter names.

  How about:

  Megan Caroline

  Megan Delaney

  Megan Charlotte

  I love both Jenna and Megan.  I think Elizabeth goes nicely as a middle name for either.  I don't love the sound of Jenna Brooke.

  you could always shorten Elizabeth to Eliza. Megan Eliza is rather cute. Otherwise just something that flows, Megan Elaine, something goofy Megan Snow (snow lily), or an oldie but goody Megan Marie. Although being a Megan Marie, its pretty basic of a name.
