You could make a calendar, or a book of pics on shutterfly. those are always nice gifts

for my parents when my first was born i got a double frame and got a photo of me as a baby and my LO.

we looked so similar and it made them see how far i have come. and brought them back a little as well. they loved it.

I was totally going to do a book on shutterfly for my mom - it's her first grandchild too...DH's parents already have 9 so they don't really care LOL
