DS has a pretty bad diaper rash with a yeast infection. Right now, we're using Lotrimin AF 2x/day along with Aquaphor. we're also giving him as much naked time as possible to air him out. any other suggestions? thanks!
Diaper rash, be sure to not just clean the area, but bath it as many times as possible. About the yeast infection... did you get cream from your Dr.? DS has one, and the Dr. gave us a medicated prescription.
The best way to treat a yeast infection is with prescription creams.
Nystatin (Rx only) is the best thing that has ever existed. We used to have a girl at work (daycare) who would get yeast infections all the time. Nystatin would clear it within 24 hrs.

the nurse at the pedi's office just said to add lotrimin to our normal diaper regimen and call back in a couple days if it doesn't get better. if DS's rash isn't significantly better by this weekend, i'll take him to the pedi on monday.
