Babies: 0 - 3 Months

PIP: my 6 week old is in 6 month clothes!

Homeboy is SO LONG!

These are one of the only sets of jammies that fit him- otherwise, his legs get all bunched up and his feet are cramed in those tiny feet places!  We also had to get him a 3-6 month Halloween outftit and even that is pushing it in the length department!

Anyone else have a future Yao Ming?

  • WOW, he is long!

My DD's 0-3 months hang off her because she is so short, lol

  • B wears bigger clothes, too, but I think it's b/c of his cloth dipes.  I had him in disposables earlier this week b/c our washer broke and his normal clothes were too big on him.  I prefer his fluffy butt over the flat butt of the disposable.

  • My daughter was the same way.  She was 24.5 inches at two months.  At six weeks she was wearing six months too!

  • Sounds like my DD.. she's 23.5 inches but she only weighs 9#6oz so clothing her is a major PITA.

Noah is in CDs, too- but this past weekend he was in disposables (we were traveling) and his clothes still fit the same! Crazy!

Mine, too!  At his 2 mo appt. he was 14lbs 4oz and 24.5 in (90 %tile for both).

  • *raises hand* We have those exact jammies, too, only in 9 months lol! DH is going to get O some more pajamas today because he grew out of all his other ones! At 2 months he was 24.5" and 16 lbs, 2 oz, but he still fit in his 6 month jammies then... They're growing up way too fast!
  • DD was 25 inches and 14# at two months and is in 3-6 month clothes (6 in Carters which is 3-6 mos).  Is that what you mean when you say 6 months?  She does have some 6-9 or 6-12 pants/jumpers but they are way long, thank goodness her CD butt holds them up.

  • I think my LO is the complete opposite.  He can only wear preemie stuff.  I keep trying for the nb clothes but he just swims in them
  • We are in 6m clothes as well. RJ was 23.5in at yesterday's appt. Your little guy is even longer!

  • All of my 9 day old DD's jumpers are big on her....everywhere but her legs.  We have to do onesies and pants because I feel bad that her little legs look all scrunched up in the jumpers.  (She was 21 1/2" at birth, which I think is pretty long for a girl.)

  • We've been in 3-6 months for awhile now; I'm starting to make the switch to 6-12.

LO was 25" at his 2 month checkup - in the 98th percentile!

  • Wow, how long is he?

My son is short & fat...14lbs, but still in 0-3 mo. sizes...we should be moving up to 3-6 very soon, but they're gonna be real long on him, I think.

His 3-6m stuff is getting too small- the jammies that fit him now just say 6m. I hate how there's 3-6m, 6m, 6-9m, 0-6m... it makes no sense!
