On Tues I had my OB appt. Due to being on blood thinners, they want the baby out my 39th week...OMG, 2 weeks! But, the Maternal Fetal folks have the ultimate say. I see them on Friday.I'm excited. I'm scared.
I am really struggling emotionally right now. I can't stop crying. DH just doesn't understand and, frankly, I wish he would just leave. I have to simultaneously plan for Baby B's arrival while I plan a memorial service for Baby A. I've talked to my priest and the grief counselor - next, the funeral home. This is so much more than I can handle.
Thanks for checking in on me. I hate to dump all this but, it actually feels pretty good to let it out.
Oh Kari, let it out. I am so sorry you have to deal with this. I honestly cannot imagine the mixture of emotions you are going through. I am crying just thinking about it. Please call me if you want to vent (I will pm you my number), I will be there to listen and cry with you. Also, men can never really understand the intense love a mother feels for a child whose life started inside of her, and sometimes ends inside of her. Baby A only knew the love and warmth of your womb, the sound of your heart beat (from the inside) and your sweet voice. He will never know pain, or heartache, or loss. He will be Baby B's Angel, looking over him and you always.
I am praying for you Kari. (((Big Hugs)))
