Speaking of Christmas ornaments....

Anyone have any suggestions on where to find really pretty / unique baby's first Christmas ornaments? I will need to get one for the baby and want to start looking now. I want something more classic and elegant vs. anything homemade looking or character based.

FIL found us a really pretty silver reindeer one from Macy's I think last year. I would check department stores and maybe PB.

Usually gift shops and home decor stores have really nice ornaments. ?In the previous post, I mentioned that I liked Old World Christmas and you can find those in a lot of nice gift shops, but they aren't expensive. ?Where in DFW are you located? ?There's a shop on Main Street in Grapevine that has some great ornaments... and Sample House carries them as well - they are in Southlake and Dallas.

I was going to say the same thing! Carrie had it personalized for her with her daughter's name. Very simple, but very beautiful.

I saw it and thought it was so pretty! Funny that you both mentioned it.....maybe I should see where she got it from because I really loved it!

Ditto the Lenox series. We get one each year. The only negative is you have to polish the silver every few years, so I would try to find some other than silver.
