How has your pumping routine changed while at work? Do you still pump at work?

It hasn't changed much except I nurse DD on my lunch break instead of pumping. I usually pump 1-2x a day depending on how long I have to stay at work.

I used to pump every 2 hours or so, but now I only pump twice a day. Mid-morning and early afternoon.

I generally pump twice a day, but I have enough of a freezer stash that when DS turns 9 months I think I'll drop down to once a day (I can generally get 9-10 ounces from one pumping session).

Yep I still pump. I pump 2 times a day most days. Once mid morning and once mid-afternoon. Sometimes my afternoons are crazy and I don't realize what time it is until it is time for me to leave. When this happens I just pump at home in the evening after DS goes to bed. I still get between 16 and 20 ounces from those 2 pumping sessions a day.

I started out pumping 3x per day. Dropped down to 2x at 4 months, then 1x about a month later. Shortly thereafter I stopped pumping altogether and I just nurse morning and night. For me, this is the best thing ever. Kudos to you working moms who keep up the pumping. It's really hard!

I'm jealous! I've always thought I had a pretty middle-of-the-road supply, but 6-7 oz. would be my norm per session during the day (morning's always a little better.)

I nurse at lunch, and pump once in the am and once in the early afternoon. ?I also pump in the morning at home after DS wakes up and nurses b/c I always have a bunch left still after going all night, and I pump before I go to bed. ?I only get 4-6 oz per pumping session : ( . ?But I have a ton frozen so once he is 9 months I think I will only pump at home and quit the pumping at work. ?That will be so nice! ?2 more months to go!

I'm still pumping, usually 3x a day. We nurse when she wakes up and just before bed. It's my break to get on The Nest at work, so I'm lucky to have a private office. Pumping now!
