Hi! I thought I should expand my bump horizons and not be secluded on the loss boards. As you can see from my siggy, I've had three losses in the last two years. Am I in the minority over here by not having any kids yet or not being pg? I am trying to rectify that situation asap, but we shall see!
I live in Kokomo, but grew up mostly in the Fishers area.
Re: Hi and intro on me
Welcome! I am so, so sorry for your loses. There are a lot of girls on here who do not have kids yet or who are not trying yet. We welcome everyone!
Hello and welcome! I'm so very sorry to hear about your losses. I cannot imagine the pain...
There are several women on here who do not have children, myself included. We're on our sixth cycle trying
Did you go to HSE? I can't really tell by the picture, but I think I know you.
Edit: Hope my post doesn't sound creepy.
Hi, and welcome!
I'm sorry to hear about your losses. Happy you're joining us here
TTC #2 since 9/09 --- mild PCOS; Endometriosis
IUI x4 = BFN
IVF = sometime in 2012
Actually, yes, I did! Graduated 2001.
Hi! I was known as Jenny back then, but a college friend changed me to Jen, said it sounded more grown up, lol. FWIW, I didn't think you were creepy at all - I kinda figured by posting on an indiana board I might find someone who knew me.
Welcome, Jen!! Definitely lots of girls on here in various stages of life, including some girls who aren't even trying yet (lots of us migrated here together from the IN Knot board).
I am so so sorry about your losses. Not that you haven't found support on the TTCAL board, but you'll find tons of support here, too.
We're pretty much on first-name bases around here! Glad to have you!
ETA - I said we're on a first name basis, but never said my name. Duh! I'm Lauren, married to Brian, momma to Ella.
MTHFR is a genetic mutation, I have the heterozygous version..... And honestly, I don't know much about it. Lots of opinions in the medical field over whether or not MTHFR plays a role in recurrent pregnancy loss. I do know it interferes with the absorbtion of folic acid, so I have to take extra. That's honestly all I really know for sure...
I'm glad I'm not the only one unmarried and no kids! I lurked a bit before posting, and the majority of the posts seemed to be pg or kid related, so I apparently made the wrong assumption. :-)
Jen!! How are you doing, sweetie?
Saw the screen name and figured it had to be you.
Welcome to the board!
ETA: Erm, I should probably be more specific as to who I am.. It's Emily from the Fab Fourth.
Welcome! I'm so sorry to hear about your losses!
I also went to HSE - graduated in 1998.
I never had any losses, but took awhile to get PG. My PAI-1 is also 4G4G - I was on baby aspirin until I got PG and now I'm on lovenox everyday. They'll switch me to heparin at about 36 weeks or so.
EM!!! I didn't know you were on the bump too! Hi! How are you? I am hanging in there, been a rough year but I'm stronger for it.
Hello and welcome! It looks like you had plenty of friends here before even posting
I'm sorry to hear about your losses. It sounds like you are taking things in stride and have a plan for next time.
I'm Jill, I don't post much. We have MFI and are leaning towards adoption. It will be a while before we can begin the process though. Welcome to the board!

HI, welcome to the board. I don't get to come on very much these days since we are so busy at work. I spend most of my time over on the IF board which was T-TTC. I live in Carmel and we are trying to get pregnant. I spend a lot of time on the M/C board late last year and I am very sorry for your losses. We hope to get back to going to our new RE in January, it's been a tough year and I needed a break.
Everyone here is super nice and I hope to get back to hanging out more often soon.
TTC since 2007

IVF #3 March 2012 is a BFN
Not sure what to do now. Sad and lost.
Hello and Welcome to the boards. The girls here are wonderful and I'm sure you'll love the support you'll find here. Like Lauren said, everyone is pretty much known on a first name basis.
I'm Rachael, I am from Carmel and don't have any kids, nor am I trying right now!
So you're not the only one without children here. I "met" this lovely group of girls over on the knot and followed over here when we made the migration.
I'm sorry for your losses but I love the positive outlook you have! Stick around, you're sure to have some fun here.
I have been hanging around for forever, it seems. I posted a bunch on the knot with this group, pre and immediately post-wedding, but don't post as much these days.
This year really has been rough for you, but I admire your attitude. How's Jeremy?
Keep in touch with anyone from our floor?
I'm a little late, but hello and welcome. I'm so sorry for your losses, but I am glad that you have such a wonderful outlook and have gotten some answers!
I'm Sara, married to Jack, and mommy to Elliott (2 yrs) and Oliver (7 wks).
Everyone is so nice and helpful - and I'm another migrant from the knot way back in the day when planning my wedding.
Glad to have you!
Sara
