I need your help....
If you see me at Target spending more than $100, please start an intervention. Yell, take my cart away, run away with my diaper bag, throw water on my face. Do what you have to do just don't let me get to checkout. In fact, just don't let me go to Target. I have NO self control in that store and do not need to be spending money right now.
Re: Please help
I probably wouldn't be of much help as I'd be busy throwing things in my own cart. I swear, it is ridiculous how hard it is for me to have self control in Target. And I go there often since DH works there and we get a discount. The discount doesn't help when the cart's overflowing though. They really didn't help out my addiction when they brought Paul Frank to Target. I am trying to be better about making a list and only buying what's on there. As I said, trying...
If you spend a lot in there you should get their debit card. For every $1000 you spend they sent you a 10% savings card to use for one day of your choosing. It doesn't take us long to get them. Since we grocery shop there we get one every other month and often every month. Just like using a regular debit card. We save them until we have a ton of stuff to buy at once and we do save a lot of money that one. I've got one now that I'll be using for Christmas shopping.
Seriously? This is just WRONG on so many levels! I am already addicted to Target clothes. I don't need another reason to go over to the clothing section!
Whenever DH and I go in there together, he forbids me from walking back to the baby section. Those little red stickers get me every time, too!
So, when I went w/ my sister yesterday, I went straight back there! Guess what I found? Target now carries leggings in their Circo brand and The First Years. I bought the 2 cutest pair of TFY ones for Ella. She wore them on her fat little thighs today and they didn't cut off her circulation. The Baby Legs ones are a little snug, so this makes me very happy - esp. since they were only $4 a pair!
