Sorry I've been slacking ladies!!!
Wondering if anyone would be interested in taking over... although my EDD is not until 11/11, I know we're not going to make it that long!
1) We all got ours, Connor got his at his 18 month appt and we got ours last week. I hope its good enough to get us through the flu season, seems like every year there are new nasty strains that come out.
2) I'm ok, starting to feel exhausted more but its not too bad yet. I have my glucose test on friday... cant say I'm looking forward to it lol
1) Have you/are you getting a flu shot? My Dr. said at the end of my appointment last week that we needed to talk about it. I told her point blank we didn't and that I'm not getting one. She commented it was recommended, and then that was the end of the conversation.
2) Updates? How are you feeling? Anything you're looking forward to this week? I feel pretty good except when it comes to sleep, I'm not getting more than 2 hours at a time. Partly to get up and pee and partly because I hurt...I"m surrounded by pillows for support, but that isn't helping.
This Sunday is our baby shower, so I'm excited about that. One of the guests is my cousin who she an I use to do everything together. In June'07 we had a falling out and we haven't talked since. She ended by calling me a few select names and I ended by saying that maybe when she grows up we can be friends again. Did I mention she's also 8 years older than me? Well, she's coming to the shower, so it should be interesting. My mom keeps saying to behave myself. Um.... I"m not starting anything and besides, everyone who read the emails....(yes this mess was all through email...which I saved and printed out and had others read to see if maybe I was the one who was nuts. Also to cover my own ass if she started making stuff up about what was said....I had proof)....agreed that she was a whack job. So we'll see what 2 years does.
1) I am getting a regular flu shot. This will actually be the first year that I've ever gotten one, but I do feel that it is important, especially with the number of kids in my class that have already had the flu. I'm getting my shot next week and DH needs to get his done yet as well.
2) No new updates, except for the good news that I shared from Monday!
Still pushing lots of protein and wondering if we'll continue to do any growth scans. I guess we'll talk to the regular OB about that next week at our appointment.
Overall, I'm feeling pretty good. Just getting really tired during the day at school and my back is starting to hurt. I'm officially feeling like I'm starting to waddle and a teacher gave me a hard time about waddling down the hall today! Oh, and having insanely bad leg cramps at night, despite eating bananas and lots of water. DH is ready for those to end as well since I wake up screaming and he has to bend my toes back for me
