Is it possible...
To find out your prego before 4 weeks???!?!??!?! I went to the dr on monday and they could only see a sack on the screen. It freaked me out to not be able to see my baby but i guess its normal? Its # 3 for me but had been 6 years since i was pregnant with my son. I cant remember whats normal, etc.
I found out 10/5 which is appx 3 1/2 weeks pregnant. This is gonna be a long one. Apparently im just 6 weeks but the lady said my pregnancy test popped up right away so i prob have good strong HCG levels. THEN my dr said my uterus was about 8-10 weeks but could be because its #3. HELP ME! I want to cry and just want to know this is normal. I have to go back in 2 weeks to see a heartbeat hopefully. Im so nervous. Any suggestions??

Yes, it's normal.
It's normal to see nothing but a sac at 6 weeks.

You can find out you're pregnant, at the earliest, 9 or 10 days after ovulation. Since you're already 2 weeks pregnant when you ovulate (according to a 40 week gestation period), you could find out as early as 3w2d - if my math is correct.
The heart starts beating during week 6 and can be seen on an u/s at that time. You wouldn't be able to see anything more than you did on an u/s given that you're barely 6 wks.
Finally, I'm guess that your uterus is large because this is your 3rd.
This exact thing happened to me yesterday! My doc examined me last week and said that I felt like I was about 7 weeks. I have really long cycles, so I just assumed he was right. We did our first ultrasound yesterday and expected to see a tiny baby and heartbeat. We only saw a sac.
Doc did bloodwork and said if levels matched up to a 4.5 week pregnancy, we were still doing okay. I was expecting the worst because we would have found out at just over 3 weeks. I didn't think this was possible, but my first few hpts were very, very faint. Long story short, my nurse called today and said that my levels looked fine. I'm testing again on Friday and should know by Monday if my levels are increasing on track. If so, we are great! We just found out at the earliest possible second!
Sounds like the very same thing happened to you, and it will be just fine!! Congratulations on your baby!
At my first appointment the baby measured at 6w 2d (based on LMP I should have been 7w 4d, but I ovulate late). Calculating back to the date of my BFP, I found out at 3w 2d.
Try not to worry (I know, easier said than done)... Good luck and hopefully your next appointment shows you a strong and reassuring heartbeat.
That was exactly what happened to me when I found out I was pregnant.
The day after I got + HPT I was spotting, I called my doc and they saw me right away. They did an u/s on me and saw nothing, they told me I was probably already in m/c stage.
My period was irregular and according to their calculation I was 5 wk, but I was actually only 3 wk at that time.
2 weeks later, we got to see a gest sac and a yolk sac and 2 weeks after that we got to see a heartbeat and yesterday at the doc appt, we got to see the heartbeat again.?
So hang in there, your calculation might be off a bit.?
