Is pepperoni pizza okay to eat while pregnant?

I can't find any information on this. My OB said to avoid pastrami/bologna, etc. but I didn't think to ask about pepperoni pizza.

I am glad it is okay to eat b/c me and my husband make homeade pizza every weekend and it has pepperoni on it! phewww....haha
