My mom, who has actually been a big help with Quinn in the mornings, left for a week with my sister. It's a blessing to have time with the fam alone, BUT I dread the week in the way that DH needs to wakey wakey before 7:45 a.m. and help get Quinn fed and dressed so I can take her to the sitter.
He insists he will be pulling his weight, but the last two days, I've been on my own with Quinn because of his work for his master's degree.
Re: DH's time to shine
Yeah, I know. He has to be at school by 8:30 so his lazy butt waits until the last minute. Sigh... I get up with the baby at 6:30. I know it's not as bad as 5-ish, but when you're still waking in the middle of the night to bf, it still kinda sucks!
