Even second time moms can be naive, y'all.

When he was 5 weeks old, I wondered if him sleeping all the time was OK; I thought he should be "waking up" in terms of personality. (No, I can't find the post, otherwise I'd link that funny for you).

Now that he's nearly 8 months old? HE NEVER SLEEPS. 

Ok, that's an exaggeration.

But not really. Last night, he woke up every 90 minutes. And wanted to eat EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (trust me, I tried everything else first. And he's a thumb sucker ... won't take a paci. His crib is in our room, because we don't have another place for him to go. He and his brother will share a room once he consistently STTN. WHICH WILL BE NEVER, APPARENTLY.)

I'm exhausted. I'm done with this nighttime wakefulness. It's gotten WORSE. He used to go down at 9pm and sleep until 4am.  Those days are LONG GONE.

    I knew everything after #1 and NOTHING after #2!

    Those KIA have it coming or they better quit while ahead.

    I hear you. See my post below about jumping off a bridge. And even though this particular habit is 5 days old, it's been going on for 3 months.

    Yesterday she took two 30 min naps. Usually her naps are a little under 2 hrs. You'd think that would mean she'd sttn. Nope. Not my kid.

    Name the date and time and I'll drink with you. I'm so over it.

    Does he have an ear infection?  Max is a great sleeper, but he has been waking up multiple times at night for the past several weeks because of ear infections.  :(

    nope, I took him to the pedi last week ... no ear infection. He's getting over a cold, but he's actually much better. 

    And impatient ... I'm with you. Let's do it. I am ready to drink my sorrows away. This sucks.
