Sassy Mesh Feeder

This thing is a life saver, but...I have such a hard time opening it - I know its hard to open for the childs safety, but is there any hints on how an adult can open it, without frustration?

    I hook my pointer finger through the ring and grip as tightly as possible. Then press the safety locks with thumb and middle finger (mostly with the very tip of my finger so I can dig into the grooves with my nails). It is impossible if it's wet! LOL

    I am having a hard time finding new mesh inserts.  where have you bought refills for it.  I was sterlizing DD's bottle nipples last night and thought i might as well stick that in as well, well it shrunk and DD loves that thing and its the biggest lifesaver when you are trying to cook dinner.
