Allie has started to chew on her crib rails. I've been looking at various rail protectors but am not sure which way I'm leaning (padded velcro vs gummy stick on).
If you have used one, which type did you use? How did you like it?
She has a convertible crib so we need the wider width.

These are the padded ones I've found. They seem pretty basic. I've been trying to decide if I can make something similar for cheaper or if I should just go with the gummy ones. Allie only chews on the front rail right now.

The gummy covers are pretty pricey, and you would need to get the thicker kind for the front rail also. I like the idea of the padded kind, and you could probably make something very easily!!

I don't know the name of that fabric either but I definitely know what you're talking about. I may have to try that out.
