  Unless you're hurting or something, I wouldn't really worry about it, honestly. My dog climbs all over me all the time and uses my belly as a spring board half the time but I don't really think much of it...

  My 65 pound dog uses my belly as a launch pad. The baby is cushioned by fluid, fat, and muscle. I'm sure LO is fine.

  My little dog (17 lbs) jumped right on me last week and I freaked out. I think tensing up made my stomach hurt, not so much him jumping on me.

  My 80 lbs lab jumped on me.  I called the dr and he said not to worry that the baby is well protected.
