problems with babytrend stroller - need help

We bought the babytrend travel system for my DS before he was born.  He is ten months now.  I have liked but I have always had a problem with the handle.  It is so hard to fold and unfold.  We are going out of town and I want to take that stroller but it can be so difficult.  Anyone have the same problems and fixed it?

    Have you tried calling the manufacturer? Maybe they can help. I have a Graco Metrolite so no experience with babytrend. GL!

    when we tested it out, it gave us the same problem. We went with the city mini instead.. sorry no help!

    Is it brown and Orange, because if so we have the same one. It is so difficult and I hate it. I also hate the car seat the seat belt was so hard to get used to and the handle putting that stupid thing down.

    Same problem with the green babytrend expedition carseat and stroller. Just emailed them about it. It's ridiculous. I bought a Graco brand seat for when he moves into the 20 lb+ carseat. Too bad because I love this stroller and seat combo.

    we had the exact same one. We were on vacation and all of a sudden the handle stuck and we couldn't get it closed! We almost had to leave it there! After like 2 hrs, I got it shut right before we left hotel to go home, and now I can't  get it back open! I have not called manufacturer yet...we used it for like 5mths with no issues...i bought a peg perego after that,..but still want to see about getting it fixed, because we have the combo and want to use it with the carseat if we have another baby someday...
