I'm lucky this week...people are bring me food or one of our moms is cooking for us But I know we are having spaghetti tonight, Erin is bringing us potato soup one night, another one of our friends is bringing us chicken canolli one night, and that's all I know for sure right now.
Nothing spectacular. I think we'll be having leftover chili one night and we bought a Macaroni Grill box dinner that we're going to try. And we'll probably eat at my parents' house one night. Other than that I have no clue.

baked spaghetti? i've never heard of it or had it, but it sounds delish!!
i've had to play things day by day. unfortunately, something that i will have a taste for today will make me gag tomorrow. i really hope this phase ends quickly.

It's so good! You just cook your noodles and meat sauce (or sauce minus meat) as normal. Spray a 13x9 dish with pam. Then layer noodles, sauce, cheese (I use the 5 Italian mix), and repeat, but don't put the top layer of cheese on just yet. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, THEN put the last layer of cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes more and it's done.
I know how you feel. It took me awhile to pass that phase, but it does pass. Hang in there!
Tonight was broiled tilapia parmesan, English peas, and whole potatoes
Tomorrow--Chicken fried rice
Wednesday--Spaghetti and salad
Thursday--Steak fajitas
Friday--company is coming to town=going out!
Thanks ladies! Most of what I cook can be done in an hour or less. I also love my crockpot. I usually post some of the recipes on my blog.
DH grew up with a mom who cooked the same thing every week. When he and I first started dating, I learned that Monday was baked chicken, Tuesday was baked bbq pork chops, and Thursday was Chili. It was the same every week. I know how much he hated it, so I started hunting down really good, quick recipes for the weeknights, with something more involved on the weekends. We rarely eat out.
Last night we had chili at our bible study and it was so good. She said her secret ingredient was just a tad of anchovy paste!
Tonight, we had spaghetti w/tomato sauce and I also made spinach/cheese ravioli.
We are also having this week,
Pepper Steak w/Rice Hot Dogs w/Mac& Cheese & Onion Rings Roast Chicken Thighs w/Green Beans, Potatoes, Carrots & Onion all cooked together in an oven bag thingy

Ooh! Please let me know how that Macaroni Grill dinner kit turns out. I saw a commercial for that and wondered if it would be good. It looked good!

Which one is it? The creamy basil one is our favorite.
I've been making crockpot soups/stews last week and am doing more this week, so I can freeze leftovers in gallon bags to make for some easy/quick meals once baby is here.
Tomato basil soup with french bread
Tortilla soup
Chili (we also had this last week, but DH loves Frito pie)
Crockpot pork loin (you can shred it and use it for tacos, but BBQ on it for sandwiches, use it in quesadillas, etc)
Spaghetti (I'm making a huge pot of sauce to freeze)

These do sound good. I need to try my hand at a pork loin soon...
What time should I be there?
This menu is awesome! I wish I were that organized.

Oh, and dinner is usually between 6:30-7:30.
