QOTD: Have you been sneaking peeks at your registries or do you prefer the surprise? No shower mamas... Did you still register or are you asking for anything in particular for gifts?

Me: No shower here, but last time around, I totally peeked at my registry! LOL, I asked the second question because we haven't registered this time, but people keep asking what we want and need. I am really starting to think that we should register for a few things at a couple of places...

Yeah! I'm officially over to the 3rd Tri board today!

QOTD: I have been stalking my registy and the shower invitations haven't even gone out yet! I got really annoyed because there was something that ended up being out of stock on one of my registries and I couldn't tell what it was. I have been checking it every other day since and I'm pretty sure I will keep checking it even after my shower is done.

QOTD: I was an accidental registry stalker. I'm still tweaking my registry since my invitations have yet to be sent. I went on yesterday and noticed a few things had been purchased.. I was excited and overwhelmed at the same time.

I peek, it makes me happy so why not:) It's still fun when you open it and lots of people end up getting stuff off the registry anyway.

I've thought about registering, but decided against it. We already pretty much have everything, DD is only 16 months old, so...

We're debating the virtues and drawbacks of double strollers/sit n' stand strollers. Maybe we'll ask my ILs for one of those.

We're so wishy-washy about it all. haha

qotd: We're not registering. Though this is our first baby, we already have everything we need (from various hand-me-downs) We're also having the shower after he's born so that everyone can meet him and just to have fun and eat good food.

I haven't been peaking per-say I've just been tweaking my registry since the invitations wont go out until the end of the month.

I'm not having a shower but I did register at BRU. I haven't been checking it because I pretty much bought everything on there already. When DH comes home from Afghanistan we're going to update the registry with our wants since we've already got our needs taken care of. I highly doubt anyone will buy anything from there though.

Hehe... Yeah, I definitely check mine on a regular basis.. .it's addicting! My shower is on Sunday so I am hoping more things get bought off the registries this week Smile

I actually haven't registered. I don't know if I will. My showers won't be until December, so I still have a while to decide. But no one bought anything off our bridal registry, so I don't think it will be needed. People will just buy things they think we need.

Oh I am totally stalking my registry. I feel slightly guilty about it sometimes but I get over it really fast. The first gift was bought off it this weekend! I am not into surprises. I need to know things ahead of time so that I can "prepare". LOL.

Finally made it to 3rd tri! So excited and happy to be here! Sorry for being MIA the past few weeks, I was battling a horrible cold/infection and am finally back at work today.

Where I live (small town in Western Canada) we have baby showers after the baby is born. I won't be having mine until probably 2-3 weeks after LO is here so I haven't registered and probably won't because we have a major lack of baby stores here. Because we are Team Green we won't have many outfits before LO arrives so I am sure I will be receiving a lot of clothes at my shower.

QOTD: I definitely sneak peaks at the registries. We have 2 showers - one at 33 weeks, and one at 35. No invites have gone out yet, so nothing has been bought off the registries. With our wedding registry, it would email me when someone bought something - not with their name, just what had been bought. That made lazy stalking so easy.

i've been checking my registry to updated it since i got it, but last week i notice someone bought us a gift and today i went on and we got 6 more gifts over the weekend. i like checking it even though i shouldn't because i am having a surprise shower but i cant help my self. i get excited and happy lol

I'm still tweaking my registry on BRU, and still need to start one on BBB! My showers aren't until pretty late, so I know that nothing has been purchased. So, no, I haven't. I don't know if I will peek or not...

QOTD: Yes! I am so bad! My first shower is this coming Saturday and I can't stop looking! My second shower is Nov. 1 - so many things are being purchased I just can't wait to see from who!

I haven't been, because I have NO idea when I'm having a shower. DH commented to me the other day that there is one being planned, but that it's supposed to be a surprise, and he won't say any more than that. So, it hadn't really occurred to me...but maybe I should, lol!

QOTD: I have definitely been peeking. I just can't help it! Not much has been purchased yet, but I am still a month away from my first shower, so it doesn't surprise me.

I guess I had looked when I went to see if my Target registry was online or not yet and today I went shopping with my mom and aunt and they picked up my shower gifts and there was already some stuff off of my registry so I guess I looked at it again today otherwise I haven't really paid much attention to it- I didn't even really care what was off of our wedding registries either so I probably won't pay much attention to this one either.

QOTD: Before our first shower I did accidentally see that someone purchased us our bassinet. It ended up being shipped to the wrong address so we never actually recieved it (long story). We'll be going to BRU to purchase the bassinet this weekend with the $ that we were given.
