  I actually just use hair ties.  You hook two hair ties together (like a knot); hook one onto the horn of your pump flange and the other to your nursing bra.  Its cheap and works like a charm!!  I know there is a link somewhere, which is where I found the tip, but I can't find it.  I'll keep looking and post it if I find it.

  I have this one from Easy Expressions.  Bought it with DS #1 and so far, so good with DS #2.  The pictures are kind of hokey.

  Occasionally you may have to hold them initially, but once the suction kicks in you can let go.  HTH!

  I'm not sure if this is the exact one I have but it is the same idea.  Mine was $35 and it was a great investment!!
