  I used the Avent sterilizer but returned the bottles and sterilizer due to horrible leakage. Switched to Dr Browns and love them.

  I just throw them in the dishwasher or handwash them every night.

  Hello!

  We will be breastfeeding and supplementing with formula when I go back to work after our LO is born.  We decided on the Avent bottles.  For those who use them, do you prefer to use the Avent sterilizer or the Medela micro steam bags?

  We oinly use Avenr bottles and love them, they are the only bottle DS likes. We also use the Avent sterilizer and we personally sterilize them before each use. Although you don't have too, we are tryung to take every precaution during the flu season.

  If you don't put the ring on right they will leak. Otherwise, I prefer them to Dr. Browns, Playtex because LO burps easier using them. I tried Dr. Browns and I could hear the air in his belly. It didn't come out though and all he did was scream.

  I use the sterilizer - don't have the bags, never used them before so I can't say anything about those.  I like the sterilizer though!

  I use Dr Brown bottles but use Medela bags.  I love them.  Easy storage and easy travel.  I usually steam all the parts and hand wash the bottles while all the parts are steaming.

  We used Avent bottles for a while but switched because my son was so gassy on them.

  We used The First Years Microwave Sterilizer. Seventeen bucks and it works well.
