I just did a Google search on this before I came on the bump. I looked at spark people but settled on realage.com. I'm using it to track weight, inches and minutes walked per day.
I regularly look at myfitness.com, realage.com and sparkpeople.com for various fitness tips, etc. the one I like best for actually entering my food consumption and daily exercise is sparkpeople. They seem to have the most preloaded food in their database so I don't have to manually enter the info off the food labels of whatever I eat.
Re: Anyone use a good/free weight loss tracker website?? nft.
