I've go to Dr Wing at True Chiropractice and did when I was pregnant. He also has experience adjusting infants and children so we started taking DD since she was a week old. He's in Roseville though (I live in Woodbury and drive there).

I'd recommend going to Lake Pointe Chiropractic & Wellness (https://www.lpwellness.com/index.shtml). They are located in St. Louis Park and all three of the women doctors practice a prenatal chiropractic technique called the Webster Method. I've seen both Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Jessica during my pregnancy and they have been a godsend for relieving my back pain and keeping my pelvis properly aligned in preparation for delivering this baby!
