Actually your best bet is to go to a nearby pharm and talk to the pham on duty. DH had to resort to that for my cold a few days ago.

Seems like I'm always nauseous these days but this is like a dull pain in my stomach. Like I ate something that my stomach isn't processing. Hasn't made it's way into the intestines yet;)

I'd say take some tums, have a cup of tea, and lay down.

Like pp said, tums. Also try a hot water bottle (not too hot) or a heating pad (on low).

ETA: if it feels like muscle pain, you can take tylenol

The list I got from my Dr doesn't list anything for upset tummy.

I have rec's for colds, flu and hay fever but nothing for tummies. I hope you feel better soon!

I'd start with Tums. If you think it might be heartburn or indigestion and the Tums isn't helping, Zantac 75mg was okayed by my dr. and it really helps.

Maybe drink some apple or prune juice to get things moving. Maybe its a constipation issue.
