i fell in the shower :(

i was dumb to take a shower without eating...i was really lightheaded and dizzy, and that combined with my slippery conditioner did not work out. as i was getting out (one leg out) i slipped, fell backward into the tub and needed DH to help me out. my butt and legs hurt

do i need to do anything?

put your feet up and drink ice cold whatever and do a kick count. then call that's what I did when I fell at work. it's gonna hurt worse tomorrow sorry

I did the same thing, but it was back at 18 weeks. They had me go in just to check heart tones. Everything was fine. I was just shaken up from it. I was just glad I fell backwards and not forwards on my belly.
