Question: did you just take Vitamin B6 to improve your LP or did you do something else too? I've already started it (my LP was 11 days but spotting for 4 days), but I wanted to see what you did. I'm not sure if this month was a fluke or not (my cycle was only 25 days) but I figured it couldn't hurt. Did you see a big difference when you started taking it? Thanks!

i took a b complex actually that had b6 in it.. i took it for a while but my LPs started off really short (8-9 days) when i got off bcp in october and by the time i got my bfp i was at 11 day LPs with spotting that last day. i might have even had one 12 day one actually..
i thought the b vitamins weren't helping because i noticed the mustard color from the pills in my pee not long after taking them and it's one of those vitamins you'll pee out if you aren't absorbing them, so i stopped but then had a shorter LP so decided it wouldn't hurt to keep taking them.. so in the end i'm not real sure if they helped or if it was psychological or it was suggested to me by the NP at my OB's office that often women have short LPs when they get off bcp and that it might be naturally lengthening on its own the longer i was off them..
i was also using preseed lube - depending on how much ewcm you have that might be a good idea - i bought mine off earlypregnancytests.com (there might be a hyphen in there somewhere that i missed so you might try searching for it if that doesn't come up) - but i didn't have anywhere local that sold it for me.
do you normally spot for that long before actually starting your period or was that just weird this cycle?
