I've heard you aren't supposed to have babies wear winter coats while in their carseats, as they can't get as tight then. Last year our DD was in a carrier car seat so we could just keep it covered. I don't want to take her coat off in the car now though b/c it's still cold in there. What does everyone else do??

This, and we have a fleece jacket, hat and babylegs (under pants) on him. Along with socks and slippers. He's nice and toasty!

I have 3 kids, the oldest who just turned 4 and really, really, really don't want to have to be taking coats off and on each time we get in and out of the car. It's already enough work the way it is!
