KinderCare on East Shore

Anyone take their DC to KinderCare in Harrisburg, on the East Shore, or know anyone that does? DS's in home provider is moving in March and so we looking into options.

While I love the in home route and think DS thrives in that type of close knit environment, I also don't think I can select another in home unless the person comes off recommendation from someone I know (how we got our provider now) to have that trust level there.

Anyway, I talked to the director there and really liked what she had to say. I think we'll be touring there a week from Friday when I work a short day and DH is off.

Still not sure that we're definitely going the center route, we are looking at all of our options at this point. I would love to find an in home if they came off recommendation from someone I knew.

    I know there is a kindercare right by my house on Old Jonestown Road. I do not know much about them but my daughter goes to the East Shore Montessori School and she is doing excellent there if you are looking for someone else. I also know of Goddard School that is on Lingelstown Road that my girlfriend has her little girl in and loves it there as well. Not sure if you are open to anymore on the east shore but just thought I'd share some.

    Are you talking about the Londonderry Rd location, behind Lowes?  I used to work for Kindercare when I first moved here (the one in Hershey).  It's really pricey, plus I wasn't too thrilled about the one in Harrisburg when I had to "sub" a day there.  That was 2 years ago, though, so maybe it's changed.
