depends on how you plan on sleeping with your baby. If you are co-sleeping, you should get one with the little wall type things that keeps you from rolling towards LO or getting blankets/pillows there. Otherwise I'd just wait and see how LO sleeps.

We use Sassy sleep wedges & the kids love them. Like pp said they helped with spitting in the early weeks and also help keep our DS "in place" throughout the night (he is a wiggle worm). The vented sides of the Sassy are designed to prevent SIDS....so if you decide to use them look for one with vented sides.

Ditto. Didn't think we'd need one of these but at only one week she already squirms almost to her side so I got one and she seems to like it. Makes me feel better too.
I like the one I got. It is the Sassy one with vented sides. I think the crib feels too big for her otherwise, but the bit of elevation helps with reflux after she eats.

This we were given one at our shower from another new mom it helps make him feel snug i think is worth it the sassy one is great
we used one until I checked on L and he had squirmed down & had his face in between the two wedges, never used it since.
I loved it too until the same thing happened with my LO this past week. I no longer use the positioner set because I'm afraid she'll get lodged between the wedges again now that she's a lot more mobile. The set worked great for the first few weeks though.
Re: sleep positioners (sneaking over from 3rd tri)
we use ours every night for her. it keeps her propped up a little and helped alot when she was spitting up the first couple weeks.
she's starting to move a bit more so it'll have to come out soon- but for now we love it.

This-- scared the heck out of me....I bought a crib wedge to elevate the head of his mattress (to help with his reflux) and it works fine.
