   I made mine, but I sent them out around 4 weeks.  But the photo ones are nice from costco

  We did postcards from vistaprint.com with envelopes.

  They are very affordable and good quailty.

  Our friend runs busybeegreetings.com, she is a SAHM and also photographer so my DD is in several of her samples.  Quality is great and she is really good about customizing to your needs.

  Shutterfly, but I'm not totally impressed.  Instead of photo quality paper, they are more like card stock.
