Okay ladies tell me about your 2-3 year olds bed time and wake up time.
DD is going from 730 ish to 545-6 now. She used to be good until 630. Now she also seems harder to settle down at 730, so I'm thinking of pushing it back.
I've tried to push it back in the past and it usually results in an earlier wake up time and disrupted sleep at night but now im thinking of trying it again.

Re: 2.5 year old bed times...
Ben doesn't go to bed until 10:00 and sleeps until 8:30-8:45. If he had to get up earlier, we'd put him to bed earlier, but this works for us. People look at me weird when I tell them he doesn't go to bed until 10:00, but he still gets 10-11 hours of sleep at night and a 2-2 1/2 hour nap during the day so he's still gets the recommended amount of sleep.
She might be ready to push it back a little now. I would at least try it and see.
I wouldn't mind if he went down earlier sometimes, but whenever we have tried it, he just gets up earlier. So I guess he is getting enough sleep for him.

Ruby (32 months old) goes to bed at 8:00 p.m., and routinely wakes up at 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. She also takes a 1.5-2 hour nap in the middle of the day around 1:30 p.m.
Good luck! Ruby went through a little phase where she was waking up at 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. It was rough for a few weeks there. Thankfully, with room-darkening shades, we got through it!
