Does the second year go by faster/slower/same than the first?

I keep commenting to people how fast this past year has went since DD was born and they tell me the second year goes by even faster, is there any truth to this?

Yes, b/c I got pg again right after DS1 turned 1, so it did go really fast. And DS2's first year went even faster than DS1's first year.

So far, I think it's going by a lot faster. It's amazing how each new stage is just so much fun -- aside from the tantrums, that is.

I was just looking at pics of Joseph from last October, and can't believe how tiny he was and how quickly he's changed. Yes, yes, it's definitely a blur.

Lily is only 15 months, but I totally feel like the last few months have gone faster than the first few.
