earlier i had bright red bleeding and period cramping. i called the dr and she said not to worry about it unless the bleeding kept up and to call back. well the bleeding stopped but i seriously feel like i have my period. same cramps. same back pain. and i feel really nauseous all of a sudden, which is weird because i haven't gotten sick once since i've been pregnant. should i call and let them know the cramping and back pain are still there or should i just let it go?

go to the hospital , just my opinion, if you have insurance and are concern, its best to go and get checked out

You should absolutely call. You know your body better than anyone, and if you feel something isn't "right", you need to act on it. It's always better to call, rather that than not calling and have something go wrong with no treatment or documentation. Really - call.

Didn't you post this earlier? If you are still cramping I would probably call. Though by now the cramps would be timeable if they were contractions.

i called! she said it sounds like early labor but the cramps never became timeable and eventually stopped around 3am.
