Our house is officially on the market...

I am so scared that it wont sell and I will be constantly cleaning and prepping for showings with no results.  It is going to be a pain to get everyone out of the house plus clean and put away all of the baby stuff.  The realtor says we can leave it out as long as it's tidy but I watch too much HGTV to do that.  Wish us luck!!

    How exciting! GL! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it sells quickly.

    Good Luck.  I watch a lot of HGTV so I know what you are talking about.  FWIW...we got a storage unit and packed away some stuff when ours was on the market.  I know when we take away toys from Ryan, he thinks they are new toys when we pull them back out.

    Good Luck! Hopefully you will be lucky like us... we sold ours for full price in 10 days!
