I haven't Googled it yet, but as I was walking out the door to go to work the Today show had some footage of a woman whose stroller rolled off a train platform and onto the tracks - then the stroller got run over by a freaking train? And the six month old in the stroller ended up being basically FINE? What a miracle.
I said to DH - you know, there are plenty of times I have put the baby in the stroller then turned my back for a second. Do I always put the brakes on the wheels of the stroller? I don't know, honestly, probably not every time. That woman must feel like the worst mother ever.
Re: Did you see the news about the lady and her stroller?

OMG,they had the story on WTOP but they said the stroller was pushed by the train after it was on the tracks - this looks like the train ran over the stroller after it fell onto the tracks. That mother must have been out of her mind and thinking her baby was dead. How amazingly lucky they both are.
