  My formula is 1 scoop per 1 oz of water, so I do half scoop it when I feed her 3.5 oz

  Yes or else I just make the over scoops overflow a bit.

  Yep, I have.

  Adding to that, I wish the scoops had a line on them to indicate where the half point would be.  Similac doesn't.
