  Just a bit confused am I supposed to test 2 hours after i started to eat or two hours after I finished eating?

  I'm pretty sure it's two hours after your last bite. That's how it was explained to me and I've been doing it like that for months, so I sure hope it's supposed to be that way!

  depends on your doctor. i know some people are told after and some are told before.

  I know there are a lot of girls here that test one hour after the first bite and some test one hour after the last bite (same goes for 2 hr testing)

  This. This is also why I don't freak out about being a little off in how long it takes to test- I figure if there is no "standard", so long as I'm within that time range somewhere, all is good. If it goes past 2 hr, and I realize I've forgotten, I just say screw it.
