I could do without the increased sense of smell!

So even though I very rarely eat fast food tonight I was craving McDonalds chicken nuggets. So DH drove me and I got a 10 piece nugget, fries and a sweetened ice tea! I came home and ate every last bit and am now extremely full but very happy! The problem is shortly after I got done eating DH decided to make himself a tuna fish sandwich and a big bag of popcorn. Now my whole house stinks like popcorn and tuna and its taking everything I have to keep myself from getting sick! Ugh men sometimes! They just don't get it.

BFP# 3 on 02/14/2011 EDD 10/28/11 Missed M/C discovered 4/19/11 and D&C 4/21/11 On 5/6/11 we found out our Oct Angel was a beautiful little girl <3
IVF#1=BFP#4 on 8/31/11 EDD 5/12/12 EP discovered and MTX shot given 9/14/ & 9/21 M/C on 10/9/11
IVF#2 and Stims started 12/2 ER 12/16 ET 12/21 transferred two beautiful blastocysts. Please stick LO's! BFP 12/26

    I know just what you mean! My sense of smell has been SO strong, anytime my husband makes something with garlic in it I feel so sick! So far the past week it seems like my sense of smell isn't as strong. Has anyone else experienced this towards the end of the 1st tri??

    I'm a foot doctor. Toe jam smells so much worse when you are pregnant. 

    I dry heave at the smell of my patients' feet.

    Lol - I have a friend that is a podiatrist and I've often wondered about that :)

    My sense of smell has been insane too.  The worst thing about it is that DH's breath is killing me.  Every time he leans over to kiss me, or the few times we have DTD I gag.  It's really offending him but I can't help it!

    I've been having the same problem with DH's breath! ?I actually smelled my own breath the other day, which I didn't realize was possible. ?I immediately went to brush my teeth and use mouthwash. ?Gross.?

    I am a hairdresser.  I walked into my salon just after lunch to start my shift, and was nearly knocked over by the combined smell of burnt garlic toast and perm solution. Now that was a horrible combination... Gag.
