  This is a blatant reference to the Duggar's baby shower for Anna, but they did simple (read: cheap) centerpieces by taking a roll of toilet paper, wrapping it in tissue paper, and tying it with ribbon. Just a suggestion that would cost you only a teeny tiny amount. And they didn't look bad! You could use pink and brown tissue paper.
