I sleep on my back at least 80% of the time, and I know that as my pregnancy progresses, this is not a good idea b/c it puts pressure on a vein that could reduce blood supply to the fetus. I have no idea how I'm not going to sleep on my back, though. Even when I fall asleep on my side I must move during the night b/c I wake up on my back. It's also often the only position I find comfortable, and my insomnia has been so bad that I can't avoid it. Anyway, what have other back sleepers done about this? I know I could try a pillows, but I have a feeling that might not do the trick. Does anyone know at what point it's suggested you stop sleeping on your back?

Four months
I would try wedging a full body pillow under your back so when you roll you stop before you're flat on your back.
