What makes one an over-producer?

I called my LC, but she was out of the office today.

My pumped BM is taking over our deep-freeze. My daughter is 9wks and I am back to work. She is eating just fine. I am wondering if I am an over-producer. I think I am going to have to donate some milk. I don't know what we can do with all of this!
