  I'm not freaking out about it. I don't want to get it, and I plan to recieve the vaccine, but I do think the panic is a little out of control.

  Having a couple friends who had it over the summer, and knowing how miserable they were (one spent a week in the hospital) I really hope the shot comes in before I get it. I'd rather not have to go through that. But I wouldn't say I'm freaking out...

  I was just saying that, in general, the people that are freaking out about it haven't really done their research about it.  The virus or the vaccine.

  Heck, I HAD it and didn't freak out. Just took care of myself like I would any other time I was sick. My DH slept next to me in our bed and besides kissing and drinking out of the same glass we lived our normal lives. I got better and he never got it, wasn't so scary.
