Pregnant after a Loss

scared- is this low for 12dpo?

Hi everyone, I just got my 1st beta back today and it's 62 at 12dpo.  Doesn't this seem low?  My RE's office says anything over 50, but it seems like everyone on these boards has higher numbers then this.  What do you think?  btw I've had 3 prior mc's and 2 cp's, so yes I'm a little anxious:(

  • At 10 DPO I was only at 23, so I think your # looks good. Remember, it's the doubling that counts! GL! Big Smile

  • I use this website as a guide: https://www.betabase.info/ According to this it's a perfect number.

But I'm sure you also know it takes a second beta to get an idea. I'm sorry, I know the pain of waiting. I wish you all the best.

  • Just remember that there's quite a range for people. My # was 49 at 13 or 14 dpo and 206 at 15 or 16 dpo- I'm glad I hadn't heard anything over 50 b/c I would've freaked! :) Baby has been perfectly healthy so far. The main thing is the doubling, so lots of doubling dust to you!

  • My ovulation date was in question, so we got a beta of 12 at 12 dpo and then 48 at 14 dpo! Good luck!

  • I think it looks perfect.  I had a 56 at 11dpo and was told that it was high.

  • I can't remember mine, but I had one at 13 DPO that was just about there too.  My betas were always slow rising.
