We take DS to the Partners in Pediatrics office in Brooklyn Park.  It's really not too bad of a drive from Blaine - their office is right across the street from my OB's office.

www.pipstop.com  I've been very happy with their care and I love that they take walk-ins in the evening and over the weekend (though I think that's just at their Maple Grove location).  I'm not sure what their stance is on delayed vaccinations, but I did BF DS and they were supportive.
