Our nursery is TINY!!! It's a 9X10 room with a closet that is only as wide as a regular sized door. But it works out well, LO is tiny so his room is tiny! We probably won't be in this house by the time he's big enough to have grown out of it.
I don't know exact measurements but it's on the small side. We fit two dressers and the crib in there nicely but our house is a modified cape cod so it has the slanted ceilings on the sides so it kinda screws up the rooms. If the wall was normal the room would be a decent size.
14x13 very odd measurements to me, but whatever, that's what the floorplan says, and we've measured for flooring twice now. Now, will DH ever install it?

I think it's 12X14. I haven't looked at the floor plan in ages, though, so I could be totally off.
It's plenty big for baby to grow into.
